The Classic Wrestling Association website is dedicated to collecting and preserving the rich history of classic professional wrestling, from the promotions of the AWA, CWA, GCW, CWF IWA, MWA, NWA, UWF, WCCW, WWA and others and the superstars, covering the Golden Age of Wrestling, from a time span from the early 50s to the late 80s.
In those thrilling days of yesteryear, television networks and syndicated programs like, “All Star Wrestling”, “Best of World Championship Wrestling”, “Big Time Wrestling”, “Georgia Championship Wrestling”, “Mid-South Wrestling”, “Saturday Night Wrasslin”, “WCW World Wide Wrestling”, “Wrestling at the Chase” and other prime time shows and the many stars who were featured in these programs have achieved a larger-than-life status in the hearts and memories of the fans.
